Will autonomous robotaxis operate commercially in more than 10 US cities by end of 2027?

This market resolves YES if fully autonomous robotaxi services (no safety driver) from any company (Waymo, Cruise, Tesla, etc.) are operating commercially in more than 10 distinct US metropolitan areas before January 1, 2028.
